Therapy can be intimidating – you may be going through the hardest time of your life and struggling to know who you can talk to as you go through this process. Rest assured, you are not alone and help is available to and within you. Working together, I hope to bring back the parts of you that may feel a little lost but were once full of hope, joy, and peace. My therapeutic style is collaborative and tailored to each of my clients to meet their specific needs whether you are currently going through tribulations or dealing with the aftermath of a big life change. I use evidence-based modalities to help you progress and feel empowered when you are feeling stuck. From me, you can expect an honest opinion, curiosity, and a little bit of humor.

My desire to be a therapist began with years of experience in mental health roles as I worked at the Utah State Hospital with severely mentally ill patients, worked in inpatient therapy, and produced research on therapy outcomes and best practices.

When I am not doing therapy, you may catch me at a pickleball tournament, walking my golden retriever, ordering a drink in the Swig drive-thru, or trying out a new restaurant with my husband and friends.
