Life is beautiful even though it is hard, and you deserve to see all the glory of yours as you gain insight and knowledge about yourself. I will be there to help you walk through anything you may be experiencing from substance abuse, stress/anxiety, difficult thoughts and feelings, PTSD, trauma, and/or abuse and relational issues. Learning coping skills and understanding why we react the way we do to different experiences can help self-growth, bring calming and healing, and help us get to know the most important person in our lives: ourselves.
Having a therapist who understands and cares about your wellbeing will help you begin where you are and move forward at your pace. I am open to what you need and will support you without judgement and will give you honest, sometimes hard, feedback along the way as needed.
I personally have overcome health challenges, death, trauma and grief as well as relational issues. I am in recovery from diet Dr. Pepper and have been clean since June 3rd 2022. I am also trying to eliminate sugar but that is proving to be a more challenging addiction.Go Back
