Megan Tucker

The wounds that we suffer from are often amplified by the lack of a safe space to share our experiences and ask for support. Having experienced various life challenges, I noticed these safe spaces were difficult to find. Offering this support for others is what I value most.

In my therapeutic relationships with individuals, teens, and couples, my main focus is on the healing journey. Theories that direct the interventions we will use and discuss include Solution Focused therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Experiential Therapy.

Originally from Eastern Oregon I love nature and the outdoors. Through the twists and turns of life, Utah has become home when I never thought it would be. I have found beauty in the relationships I’ve built and adventures I cherish. My goal is to share a safe space with you so you can experience personal healing and growth. I look forward to meeting with you.
