Have you been trying again and again to get your life “together”? Do you constantly compare yourself to other people? Do you want to add some more color to your life? I get it. Its crazy out there. Therapy can provide you with insight to push through these hurdles in your life, break trauma cycles, and live more authentically.
I am currently attending Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions studying clinical mental health counseling. I am LGBTQ+ friendly and work with individuals and couples seeking to break unhealthy patterns in their lives and work through trauma. I am passionate that YOU individually have the power to create a life that is meaningful to you and I am here to help you navigate through that journey.
I am committed to you and your growth and healing. I personally believe in change. Therapeutic modalities like internal family systems (IFS), acceptance and commitment (ACT) therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy are only a few modalities that we will utilize in session. I believe I can help you if you believe you can help you.Go Back
