Sarah Wiederholt, CSW

Hello! I am Sarah Wiederholt. I have been a social worker for over 10 years, with experience primarily working in hospitals and trauma units. I transitioned to private practice therapy two years ago. I am passionate about trauma-informed, whole body perspective and therapy. I work with ages 11+, including couples counseling. I am LDS with expertise in divorce, LGBTQ+, and faith transitions, especially for those in the LDS faith. Due to my experience in the medical field, I enjoy working with those who have caregiver burnout, chronic health struggles, or complex medical conditions.
While I have experience with clients highly suicidal, this is not a population I can take on right now due to the extra time required for case management and ongoing collaboration with other health providers. This would be my primary exclusion, as well as those with addiction, as I have not completed any specialized training in addiction yet.
