Juli Larsen, LMFT

“Owning our story can be hard but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it…only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.” – Brene Brown Hello!
My name is Juli, and I have had the privilege of being a part of countless therapeutic journeys since the inception of my career 25 years ago. I truly believe therapy is a collaborative process between the client(s) and the therapist. You are the expert of your life, and I will strive to meet you where you are at. I am here to listen, validate, support, build skills, educate, and assist you in taking an active role in your growth and healing journey. No one can heal or do your inner work for you; however, that doesn’t mean you have to do it alone.
Throughout my professional journey, I have had the opportunity to work in various therapeutic settings which has assisted me in developing proficiency in addressing diverse clinical challenges including anxiety, depression, grief/loss, post-partum, women’s health, trauma, relationship obstacles, communication, divorce, stress management, decision-making, substance use, process addictions, and numerous mental health disorders. I utilize a variety of approaches and techniques from different methodologies, which are based on the needs of the individual, couple, relationship, and family.
I am committed to helping individuals, couples, relationships, and families from all backgrounds and walks of life work towards peace, understanding, and connection. Whether you are facing challenges or seeking personal growth, I am here to walk with you every step of the way. Thank you for considering me as your therapist. J
