FOR INTERNAL USE ONLY
Natalie Roberts, AMFT
I love working with couples who are having a difficult time. It’s amazing to see changes that can happen in a relationship as individuals learn how to be more aware of themselves and their patterns, and as they learn how to communicate in ways that build understanding, compassion, and intimacy.
I also love working with individuals. Helping people figure out more about themselves and then make changes or accommodations to help them have more peace and joy in their lives.
I like to help clients with mindfulness of self (awareness of traits, feelings, thoughts, beliefs), value work (to help them align their life in a way that is congruent with what is important to them), self-compassion (to help them conquer harsh inner critics and feel the positive benefits that happen when you’re kind to yourself in hard times), and communication (so they learn how to balance caring for self and caring for others while building connection and intimacy).
