Amberly Christensen, CMHC

We all know life can bring unexpected challenges. Have you been struggling with a situation you don’t know how to navigate? Do you feel tired and unmotivated? Or angry all the time? Maybe you feel panicked or unable to get past a very bad experience. You should know your feelings are valid! We all have hard times and getting help when that happens can bring you back to feeling good and functioning well in all the areas of your life.

After going through some things, I find I’m more aware of the needs and pitfalls associated with difficult life transitions, effects of trauma, marriage and family relationship difficulties and coping with unexpected things. I would love to help you succeed through the trials you’re facing. As someone very passionate about helping people create and reach their goals for living their best life, I have experience working with people with all types of mental health struggles including depression, anxiety, LGBT, adjustment issues, relationship issues, grief and coping, disability, and trauma.

I also have years of experience working with adults, adolescents and children.  I believe in a non-judgmental and safe therapy environment to explore thoughts and feelings, solutions, and plans for action.
