Melissa Keddington
Experiencing the unknown or challenges life presents us with can be scary and overwhelming. I can provide support as we navigate through symptoms of anxiety, relationship challenges, parenting, symptoms of depression and healing from trauma. I specialize in supporting people through the struggles life presents us with, and walk with you on your journey to finding hope, peace, love and joy as you develop a life worth living.
I am passionate about helping people heal and develop a life worth living. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the most important and I will meet you where you’re at without judgement. I have experience working with families, adolescents who struggle with symptoms of anxiety, symptoms of depression, trauma, gender identity, and adoption. I take a play therapy approach when working with younger children.
I look forward to being part of your journey and supporting you through the unknown and challenges life presents us with. Life is an amazing journey and having someone support you through the challenges can provide clarity, and peace as you gain insight to yourself and those around you.
