Ryan Engar
Hi, my name is Ryan. The first thing I want to tell you about me is that I love my job and my life. I believe in finding balance in life, which includes finding the favor and accepting all of the parts of the rollercoaster ride. I would describe myself as an intuitive and empathic psychotherapist and spiritual coach. I have enjoyed doing this work for 15 years and value each interaction I get to have.
Modalities practiced while working in this field are: Transpersonal Therapy, Compassion Focused, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution Focused. I encourage self-awareness through the Body, Mind, and Soul. Noticing the connection between these three parts of an individual encourages an increase in self-respect, self-trust and self-love.
When I am not in the office you will find me at a dance or cheer competition, spending time with my blended family, enjoying a sunrise after feeding my cat (of course), bare foot on a golf course, cutting the grass, and trying to play “fetch” with my husky! I look forward to talking with you soon.
