What happens at a first visit?
A 50-minute conversation about what brought you in and what you want to change. You leave with a plan. Read what to expect, session by session.
What does a session cost?
With in-network insurance, your copay. Without insurance, $175 for the first session and $165 for each session after that. We check benefits before your first visit.
Can I switch to telehealth?
Yes. Every Sandy clinician also sees clients by video.
This line is not for emergencies. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 or call 911. After hours? You can book online any time.
