Through my own experiences in the human journey and the process of gaining a deeper understanding of myself, I found my way into the world of mental health and therapy. I genuinely love walking alongside others as they navigate their own paths toward a richer, healthier, and more fulfilling life. One of my greatest joys is being able to offer hope and a safe, supportive space for healing.

I  work with individuals, couples, and families, supporting clients ages 12 and up. My approach is primarily trauma-focused and attachment-informed, integrating EMDR, cognitive behavioral, and emotion-focused modalities to help clients connect their thoughts, emotions, and lived experiences. I work with adults and adolescents in the LGBTQIA+ community, people of color (POC), and individuals from marginalized communities. Above all, my goal is to offer a space you can return to week after week, where nothing you bring is too much, and where you are met without judgment and with genuine care.
