Book a time, finish intake forms in the client portal, and join from the link we send. A phone, tablet or laptop with a camera is all you need.

Who it is for

Anyone physically in Utah during the session. Some of our clinicians are also able to see clients in California, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Oregon, South Dakota and Wyoming, so if you live in one of those states, ask and we match you with a clinician who can see you there.

Sessions run inside SimplePractice, our HIPAA-compliant client portal. Nothing is recorded. Find a private spot and headphones help.

Most plans cover telehealth the same as an office visit, including SelectHealth, Regence, PEHP, University of Utah Health Plans and Deseret Mutual. We confirm your coverage before the first session.

Can I switch between video and in person?
Yes. Most clinicians offer both, and you can choose session by session.

What if I am traveling?
You need to be in a state where your clinician can see you during the session, usually Utah. Tell your clinician before you travel.

Do you see teens by video?
Yes, with a parent present for the first session and a private space for the rest.
