Jessica Morse Ryan, ACMHC, MBA
Most people don’t come to therapy because they’re broken, they come because the same patterns keep showing up, even when they genuinely want things to change. I work with trauma, grief, and women’s issues, and I approach therapy through an attachment lens to help you understand why these patterns formed and what they’ve been protecting. Many of these responses once helped you survive, but now they may feel exhausting, confusing, or no longer aligned with who you are. Therapy can be a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported. Together, we slow down, make meaning of your story, and begin creating new ways of coping, healing, and moving forward.
I’m Motivational Interviewing and EMDR trained, and my work is strongly influenced by attachment theory and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and collaborative. I help clients process painful experiences, shift long-standing patterns, and build emotional stability, self-trust, and healthier boundaries.
If you’re ready to do deeper work in a space that feels safe, supportive, and honest, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Outside of therapy, I love spending time with my family, friends, and dogs, being outdoors, traveling, yoga, gardening, trying new restaurants, and always having a good book nearby.
