Stacie Bunton, ACMHC
Reaching out for support is a brave step toward meaningful change. Life’s challenges, such as anxiety, parenting stress, relationship struggles, or personal changes, can leave one feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or lonely. Therapy offers a space to feel heard, supported, and empowered while navigating life’s complexities with guidance and understanding.
My career began with a B.S. in Social Work. I have combined experience in education and therapy, supporting children, teens, young adults, and families. My experience as a school counselor and parent of four deepens my ability to understand the emotional and developmental needs of youth, as well as the challenges of parenting, divorce, and co-parenting.
I take a warm, collaborative, and person-centered approach to therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, strengths-based therapy, and trauma-informed care. Focusing on uncovering strengths, creating meaningful change, and moving forward in an authentic and grounded way.
