Abigail Kott, LMFT
Seeking out therapy can be nerve wracking; opening up to a therapist can be intimidating. I’m aware that this can be a vulnerable experience, and my priority is to make you feel safe and empowered to want to make a change in your life. My goal is to meet you where you are at in life, and provide you unconditional support during your time in therapy.
My decision to pursue becoming a therapist derives from my personal experiences and opportunities to intern with therapists with diverse educational backgrounds. For the past couple of years, working with individuals, couples and families, I am devoted to assisting clients with their therapeutic journey and celebrating every step of their growth and healing.
Therapy is a nonjudgmental and accepting space, allowing you to be able to embrace your authentic self. As your therapist, I strive to provide a space for you to experience challenging moments and learn how to cope with those moments to be able to live your most fulfilling life.
