I am also trained in EMDR which is a trauma therapy that focuses on processing the thoughts, emotions and body sensations that create distress after a disturbing event in life. Together, we can create a plan to overcome any challenge you are experiencing in your life. I have specific experience in helping with depression, anxiety, trauma (including betrayal trauma) and addictions.
