I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. I believe meaningful change begins with empathy, connection, and curiosity.
I especially enjoy working with adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, stress, identity development, relationships, addiction, and life transitions. I also welcome children and adults seeking support through life’s challenges and changes.
My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each client’s needs. I incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches and practical skills to help clients better understand themselves, manage difficult emotions, and work toward meaningful change.
Above all, I value building authentic therapeutic relationships rooted in trust, humor, compassion, and respect. I would be honored to work alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges and move toward greater clarity, confidence, and growth.
