  Mosiah Castrejon

Like going to the gym to get stronger, I view therapy as a place to exercise mentally and emotionally to better oneself. There is nothing wrong with trying to get stronger. It demonstrates that you are determined to improve your life notwithstanding what others think. My role as your therapist is to support you in navigating the nuances of your suffering, in hopes of you finding healing and lasting strength.

After deciding you would like some support, the next challenge is finding the right person to offer it. I have obtained additional training in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and have been mentored by a variety of mental health professionals in that modality.

As a culturally diverse person myself, I see things from a culturally sensitive lens and try to consider the innumerable factors that influence human life. I look forward to learning more about you and what makes you unique.
