Lyndsay Murdock, CSW
We all have relationships that aren’t quite how we’d like them to be – with ourselves and with others. This can cause strong feelings of depression, frustration, fear, and even hopelessness. Do you want to relate to yourself, spouse, friends, or others in a happier way? I’m passionate about helping people create the kind of relationships they want to last a lifetime, instead of keeping relationships they just endure.
I work to create a shame-free environment where you can process painful experiences then gain clarity and insight. Once you’re ready, you’ll learn valuable, research-based tools to make meaningful changes in your life, create healthier relationships, and build your own mental health resources. I would love to help you feel resilient, confident, and excited for what the future holds.
I have experience helping individuals and couples to improve their relationships and experiences with difficult emotions. I mainly use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gottman Method, and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT). When I’m not in the therapy office, I enjoy classical music, reading, and cheering for all my favorite sports teams.
