FOR INTERNAL USE ONLY

Jessica Ryan, ACMHC

Hi, I’m Jessica Ryan. I bring over 20 years of experience in Health Care Administration, having worked with organizations such as Intermountain Health, the University of Utah, Numinus, and Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. My lifelong passion for mental health led me to pursue a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I’m also currently earning my MBA.

I love working with:
Multicultural clients
Adults aged 60 and older

I also enjoy supporting individuals navigating:
Faith transitions
Low self-esteem and people-pleasing
Grief and loss
Depression
Anxiety

I have a strong interest in working with:
Business-minded and executive clients, as I relate to the challenges of balancing high performance with personal well-being

I’m currently expanding my training and experience in:
Couples counseling
OCD

I prefer to limit the number of children on my caseload to just a couple at a time to provide focused, intentional care
Outside the therapy room, I’m a huge animal lover, and I enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling, listening to podcasts and reading and discovering great food.
