Juli Larsen, LMFT

I am dually credentialed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Advanced Substance Use Disorder Counselor. I have worked as a therapist for 25 years and over the course of my professional journey, I have had the opportunity to work in various therapeutic settings. This experience has assisted me in developing proficiency in addressing diverse clinical challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief/loss, postpartum, women’s health, trauma, relationship obstacles, communication, divorce, stress management, decision-making, substance use, process addictions, and numerous mental health disorders.

I utilize a variety of approaches and techniques from different methodologies, which are based on the needs of the individual, couple, relationship, and family.  The therapeutic techniques and strategies I implement vary throughout the course of therapy and may include, but are not limited to, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing, skill building, person-centered, Gottman method, emotionally focused therapy, attachment-based, narrative, and mindfulness.

I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, relationships, and families from all backgrounds and walks of life work towards peace, understanding, and connection.
