I am passionate about trauma work. I was initially trained in lifespan integration, then received training and certification in EMDR. I am an EMDRIA Approved Consultant. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I also love family systems work and internal family systems.

I have 16 years of group counseling experience. I love group work. I ran the women’s sexual abuse survivors group for 10 of the 16 years. I also enjoy helping people with adult-child traits heal and progress. I have experience helping people with medical trauma and spiritual trauma as well.
