I guess you could say my greatest teachers have been my life experiences that have acquainted me with grief, loss, divorce, trauma, abuse, betrayal, depression, C-PTSD/PTSD, and anxiety. I love watching people learn, grow, and overcome! My goal is to help clients overcome barriers and find their full potential. Inspired by own experience with counseling and healing, I made the decision to go back to school to get a master’s in CMHC so that I could help others along their life’s journey.

I have extensive personal experience with narcissistic abuse (family members, former spouses, and others) that allows me to connect with my clients in a way that only life experience can provide since no words adequately express what one experiences in these relationships. I am VERY passionate about helping others heal from and overcome the difficulties experienced in these relationships. I currently work with clients aged 6 to 70 and have found a particular fondness for premarital/marital couple’s counseling, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma.

I use a person-centered approach along with CBT, IFS, Gottman, and trauma-informed methods. I am currently working on getting certified in Gottman Level 1 and 2, and Narcissistic Abuse Recovery.
