Linda Donaldson

As a therapist, I take joy in helping individuals discover their own unique healing journeys, and in crafting their own solutions. I believe that satisfaction with one’s life is rooted firstly in connection with self, and then, with others. Whether you are navigating the complexities of singlehood, dating, marriage, stepfamilies, divorce, parenting, or faith transition, self-awareness and healing form the cornerstone of our responsibilities to ourselves.

I have many years of experience as a relationship educator with Utah State University. I have personally experienced for myself the transformative power of EMDR as a therapy modality, and I am passionate about guiding you as you explore your healing path.

With a marriage that spans over 3 decades, I understand the ebb and flow of relationships and the important role that connection plays in our lives. Originally from California, I bring a warm and empathetic approach to therapy. I am well-equipped and committed to supporting you on your journey towards self-discovery and healing.
