I am most interested in addiction and couples therapy. I have a lot of experience helping men (teenagers, young adults, and adults) with internet pornography addiction but I also like helping spouses with betrayal trauma in those cases. I am also able to work with other addiction cases like substance use or other behavioral addictions.
I am also EMDR certified and have loved my EMDR work especially with attachment or abandonment related issues. I have a lot of training with attachment theory and I’m looking forward to getting more training in Gottman method and Emotionally-focused couple’s therapy this year. I get along quite well with teenagers, especially young men, and have training in play therapy.
