Julie Day

Life is beautiful, but it can have many twists and turns along the way. At times, it may feel difficult to manage. If you find yourself searching for answers as you try to navigate your way through the challenges of life, I can help. I will provide a safe space for you to share your concerns and will work with you in finding answers to the issues you face. I am passionate about helping others thrive by giving them tools to successfully manage the highs and lows of life.

I enjoy working with adults, teens and tweens in managing anxiety, depression, coping skills, anger management, grief, and impulse control. Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) are the modalities I use most. My education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

In my spare time I love hiking in the beautiful Utah mountains, running half-marathons and spending time with my family and friends. I have been married for 30 years, have raised 4 children and have a lot of life experience. I have lived in California, Washington, Utah and Peru. I speak Spanish. I would love to help you overcome any challenges you are facing and help you create the life you have dreamed of.
