Hi, I’m Mosiah. Born in sunny Santa Barbara California, and have moved all over the place. I am trilingual & a true millennial. I’m Married with two young daughters. I consider myself an extremely diverse person who enjoys variety in life. It’s kind of hard to put my personality into one box, cause I like to do it all; nerdy, sporty, academic, spiritual, artsy.

I have extensive training in acceptance & commitment therapy which emphasizes mindfulness practices. I also pull heavily from attachment theory. My approach is very behavioral and structured.

Clients that seem to really suite me are your more anxious presenting clients: OCD, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, anxious attached, etc. I feel very confident in working with all things involving emotional intelligence. Especially helping men become more emotionally intelligent or women become more confident and secure (vice versa).
