I’ve worked as a social worker with individuals and families in Utah for many years, and I feel honored to have been invited into people’s stories to be a participant in their healing and growth. As we live our lives, we’re presented with unexpected situations that can be overwhelming. Difficulties come from conditions in our bodies, sometimes from our relationships, and sometimes from our life circumstances. My clinical training and professional experience, and my own life challenges have taught me to enjoy each individual as a uniquely incredible human with boundless potential to overcome adversity and thrive.
I love working with adults, teens, and pre-teens from all cultures and continuums who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and more. In therapy, we’ll work together, using evidence-based treatments (along with hope, humor, encouragement, and support), to help you feel better today and confidently move forward in your life.
At home, I love being the mother of three fantastic young-adult sons, walking my dogs, reading a good book in my hammock (with a diet coke and a salted lemon), and hiking in our beautiful Utah mountains. My guilty pleasures are solving British crime shows and binging Dr. Who (:Go Back
