Trish Coburn, LCSW

I’m so glad you’re here. If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, you’re not alone. I’ve been there, too. The storms of life do leave us feeling lost, but we can find our way with a little help. From my own life challenges, and from loving people in my circle who belong to various continuums, spectrums, and cultures, I bring understanding, acceptance, and wisdom. From my professional education and training, I bring knowledge and skills grounded in evidence-based, mending modalities.

Healing is possible for us all, and I’ll be with you each step of the way, on your personal journey. You are welcome here, and your therapy will be a refuge for you from the challenges of life, and a resting spot for you from relationship struggles.

In my personal life, I get joy from being the mother of three wonderful young-adult sons, and in my spare time I love walking my dogs, reading a good book in my hammock (with a diet coke and a salted lemon), and hiking in our beautiful Utah mountains. Some of my guilty pleasures are solving British crime mysteries and binging Doctor Who.
