Sariah Folau, LMFT

Getting help can be intimidating and I recognize that we all have different beliefs regarding therapy. None of us, however, are immune to the struggles or difficulties that life throws our way. So, whether you are a seasoned veteran in the world of therapy, or this would be your first time coming in, I am here to meet you where you are and work collaboratively to get you to a point where you are both progressing and enjoying life.

Being multi-racial myself, I am passionate about helping marginalized populations feel safe and comfortable. I also have a background in communication disorders and enjoy working with neurodiverse populations. My experience has additionally taught me the joys of working through faith transitions and healing relationships. But whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, or are simply seeking to improve your life, I am here, eagerly willing, to help make it happen.

I love what I do and would be honored to become a part of your journey –the highs, the lows, or anything in between. If you’re here, I encourage you to take the next step and come in – You deserve it!
