Brandy Green, LCSW
Life happens to all of us, and sometimes we need extra support. Trauma isn’t always from one big event—it can come from a car accident, a difficult experience at work, an unexpected loss, or a life change. What feels traumatic to one person may not feel that way to another. Most of us have experienced trauma, and because it looks different for everyone, I take a personalized approach. You are the expert in your life, and together we can create a plan that helps you heal and move forward. Healing is powerful—but even more so when you’re not alone. Therapy can be a space where you are truly heard, supported, and guided toward clarity, healing, and hope.
My approach is direct, collaborative, and compassionate. Together, we explore your experiences, uncover patterns, and develop practical tools to help you feel grounded, confident, and empowered. I don’t aim to “fix” you—my goal is to support your strengths and help you create meaningful, lasting change.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Internal Family Systems (IFS), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and strengths-based approaches. I support individuals navigating trauma, women’s issues, LGBTQTI+ identities, and relationship challenges. My work is grounded in empathy, evidence, and a focus on your unique journey, helping you build insight and practical skills for life.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy cooking, spending time with my family, reading, and connecting with communities that celebrate growth and inclusivity. My own experiences with life’s challenges inform my understanding of resilience—it’s built in small steps, and having support can make all the difference. If you’re ready to begin, I would be honored to walk alongside you. You don’t have to do this alone. Whether you’re learning life skills, navigating relationship challenges, exploring gender identity, managing trauma, depression, or anxiety, I want to support you on your journey. Struggle is part of life, and sometimes we just need someone to listen and help us reflect so we can move forward.
As LK Pilgrim wrote: “I don’t want to fix you, and I can’t heal you, but maybe I can help you see just how beautiful your broken is. Each cracked piece fits into the masterpiece of who you are right now. And, right now, I see a beautiful soul.”
